Problemi apertura file recenti con Revit 2010 a 64 bit.

In questi giorni ci sono arrivate alcune segnalazioni di errori in fase di apertura di disegni dalla schermata dei progetti recenti di Revit 2010 installato su sistemi operativi a 64 bit.

L'errore che compare è il seguente:

"An unrecoverable error has occurred. The program will now be terminated."

Sembra che il problema si semplicemente legato ad un’incompatibilità con la versione 8 di Internet Explorer. Il supporto tecnico di Autodesk consiglia di non utilizzare quest’ultima versione del browser di Microsoft e di ritornare alla vecchia versione 7.

Ecco la nota ufficiale di Autodesk:

“Internet Explorer 8 is not recommended to be installed when used with Revit 2009 64 bit. There is a known issue with the recent files screen. The Recent Files menu is an HTML based window and uses Internet Explorer and has not been designed to be used with IE8. IE8 is also not recommended to be used with Revit 2010 as it has not been designed or tested with it. The same problem does not exist with the recent files screen in the same way but it is apparent that if you have the recent files window up and TAB+CTRL between your windows while using 64 bit and IE8, it will crash. You can use IE8 if you do not have the recent files window open."

Il problema non si pone se non viene utilizzata la schermata iniziale dei files recenti. In questo caso potete quindi continuare ad utilizzare senza problemi la versione 8 di Internet Explorer. Se volete disattivare la schermata iniziale dei files recenti potete farlo dal pannello Vista, scegliete l’ultimo pulsante “Interfaccia utente” e troverete al suo interno la possibilità di disattivarla.
